  • Portfolio spotlights — site features and recorded walkthroughs for contributors who publish retrospectives within seven days of delivery.
  • Mentor access — booking credits with ecosystem experts after logging a complete learning-to-shipping journey (task brief → delivery → retro) in the tracker.

Builder track

  • Microgrants — 2–6 week fuel to test integrations or ship validators; requires an approved milestone plan and bi-weekly artefact updates.
  • Go-to-market pods — co-marketing, newsletter inclusions, and social amplification for launches with measurable traction (usage, TVL, or partner adoption) verified by dashboards.
  • Partner loops — curated sessions with enterprises, grants programmes, or infra providers when builders document a scalable playbook others can replicate.

Shared perks

  • Access credits — RPC, analytics, or design tooling credits allocated proportionally to active scopes each cycle.
  • Travel and event stipends — support for hack rooms or conferences when recipients lead workshops or represent Flarehub.
  • Governance voice — eligibility to vote or advise on treasury allocations after completing the steward readiness checklist.

Claiming workflow

  1. Log the qualifying proof-of-work entry with links, metrics, and reviewer approvals.
  2. Submit a reward claim referencing the entry ID and desired perk.
  3. Ops validates artefacts, schedules the perk, and reflects the status in the reward ledger within five working days.

Escalations route through the ops requests queue; stewardship council resolves disputes with published rationale.
