Contribution types

• Bounties: scoped tasks with acceptance criteria and reviews.
• Contracts: larger initiatives with milestones and deliverables.
• Community calls: attendance, notes, demos, and Q&A.
• Physical events: presence, talks, workshops, or organizing support.
• Community building: documentation, mentorship, support, outreach.

Evidence

• Links to tweets, contents, PRs, issues, repos, demos, specs, or requirements.
• Attendance verification (forms, onchain check-ins, or event platforms).
• Milestone reviews and acceptance confirmations.

Evaluation

• Quality over quantity, with difficulty and impact considered.
• Individual and team contributions are recognized.
• Criteria and weights may evolve as programs mature.
